The scheduled dates of Shippers' Forum can be seen in the list to the right on this page.

The purpose of the meetings, which are held 4 times a year, is to create a forum for the players and Energinet.dk to discuss specific issues regarding operation and development of the Danish gas market focusing on the commercial aspects.

The participants are representatives of shippers, gas suppliers, distribution companies as well as storage and transmission. Also, the Danish Energy Regulatory Authority and the Danish Energy Authority participate as observers. Usually, the same people represent the individual companies, but it is not an actual personal membership. The number of participants varies from 40 to 55 people exclusive of Energinet.dk’s own employees. The meetings are held in English on account of the foreign shippers.
