Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1) and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that the overall expected DUC export capacity is lowered by 2.4 MCM/day for an anticipated period of remaining gas day 08 February 2012 due to unexpected production interruption. Further, that each of the producers’ in DUC, pursuant to Article 3.4 (b), reserve the right to initiate covering of immediate physical losses until this message may be published by Energinet.
