Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1) and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that the overall expected DUC export capacity is further lowered with reference to the below email due to maintenance for the following gasday:
Gasday 12 May: 2.0 MCM/day

Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1) and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that the overall expected DUC export capacity is lowered due to maintenance for the following gasdays:
Gasday 12 May: 6.3 MCM/day
Gasday 13 May: 1.9 MCM/day
Gasday 14 May: 1.9 MCM/day
Gasday 15 May: 1.9 MCM/day.
Further, that each of the producers in DUC, pursuant to Article 3.4 (b), reserves the right to initiate covering of immediate physical losses.
