Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1) and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that the overall expected DUC export capacity is lowered by around 4.5 MCM/day for gas day 23 May 2012 due to production interruption. Further, that each of the producers in DUC, pursuant to Article 3.4 (b), reserves the right to initiate covering of immediate physical losses.
