Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1) and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that that the expected DUC export capacity is reduced with 3.5 - 4 MCM/day for gas day 28 January 2012 due to unexpected production interruption.
Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1) and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that that the expected DUC export capacity is reduced with around 1.5 MCM/day for gas day 29 January 2012 due to unplanned maintenance.
Further, that each of producers’ in DUC, pursuant to Article 3.4 (b), reserve the right to initiate covering of immediate physical losses until this message may be published by Energinet.
