Pursuant to the REMIT legislation (EU Regulation No 1227/2011) Article 4(1) and on behalf of DUC, Maersk Oil hereby informs that that the maintainance work notified on 19 January 2012 has been changed, and the expected DUC export capacity is reduced by the following volume as follows:
Period (Gas days): 10-12 February 2012
Reduction in export capacity (MCM/day): 6.5
Message from 19 January 2012:
Period (Gas days): 7-9 February 2012
Reduction in export capacity (MCM/day): 6.5
Period (Gas days): 4-5 February 2012
Reduction in export capacity (MCM/day): 4.5
Further, that each of producers in DUC, pursuant to Article 3.4 (b), reserve the right to initiate covering of immediate physical losses until this message may be published by Energinet.
