Employee development is given high priority at Energinet.dk, and we have competent managers who encourage your personal and professional development.
Each year Energinet.dk conducts an employee satisfaction survey, the purpose of which is to compare the performance of our managers with that of managers in other Danish business enterprises.
In 2007, the assessment of the immediate manager was well above the national average. Constantly striving to put the bar even higher, we launch a line of management development activities each year to ensure that our managers become even better. In 2008 and 2009, Energinet.dk will focus on strategic management, cooperation and individual manager training.
Make demands on your manager
We want everybody to enter into an open, honest dialogue with their immediate manager, and we therefore expect that you as an employee will help to develop your manager by making demands on him/her and giving constructive feedback.
Internal manager networks
In addition to the activities taking place at workshops and seminars during the year, internal cross-organisational manager networks have been set up with the purpose of strengthening cooperation between managers, ensuring experience exchange across the organisation, etc.
