HOW TO USE THE REVENUE CALCULATOR

1. Choose filters

• Price area: Where is you asset placed? DK1 (West Denmark) or DK2 (East Denmark)
• Reaction time: The time it takes for an asset to deliver 100% response
• Duration: How long can the asset provide 100% response
• Direction: Upregulation is increased production and decreased consumption, while downregulation is decreased production and increased consumption.

2. Based on these input you can see which ancillary service markets you are able to participate in.

3. Choose your expected daily participation: How many hours you expect your asset to participate in the market each day.

LETS TAKE AN EXAMPLE:
You own an electric boiler with the capacity of 1MW in DK2. The electric boiler can turn off production in 2 minutes for 1 hour (upregulation) and needs 1 hour to scale up to full capacity. Hence, you are able to deliver aFRR and mFRR in DK2. You expect a daily participation of 12 hours.

The graph to the left, show the average price the latest whole month. The graph to the right show the potential earnings from sold capacity in the last 30 days.
