The Nordic TSOs have developed a proposal for a Nordic Regional Operational Security Coordination Methodology (NROSC) under article 76(1) of the system operation guideline, Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 of 2 August 2017. The proposal must go out to public consultation, cf. article 11 of the system operation guideline. The Nordic TSOs greatly appreciate input from stakeholders and market participants on this methodology prior to the submission to the national regulatory authorities (NRAs) for approval on 21 December 2019. The Nordic TSOs have set a public consultation period of one month, meaning that the consultation closes on 25 November.
