STAKEHOLDER CONSULTATION ON AMENDED PROPOSAL OF ALL NORDIC TSOs FOR ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES OF FCR
This consultation concerns the amended proposal of all Nordic TSOs for additional properties of FCR in accordance with Article 154(2) of the commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 of 2 August 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation (SO GL). The amended proposal adds Article 4a including the requirements for downward FCR-D. In addition, Article 4(3) has been removed.
Due to technical issues, this consultation will not be published on the ENTSO-E Consultation hub. The Nordic TSOs are therefore performing this consultation from the Svenska kraftnät consultation website
The proposal is subject to public consultation according to article 11 of SO GL. The objective is to receive and assess useful feedback with a view to finalizing a position before the submission to the National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs).
The consultation will be open from 31 March 2020 to 1 May 2020.
