Energinet, Fingrid, Statnett og Svenska kraftnät har i fællesskab udarbejdet metoder for det fælles nordiske mFRR kapacitetsmarked. Metoderne er i høring fra den 29. juni 2022 til den 22. august 2022 via ENTSO-E’s consultation hub. 

Der er udarbejdet to metoder, og ét ændringsforslag som er godkendt i forbindelse med godkendelsen af det fælles nordiske aFRR kapacitetsmarked:

• Methodology on the common and harmonised rules and processes for the exchange and procurement of mFRR balancing capacity for the Nordic LFC Block and the LFC Area of Western Denmark (DK1) in accordance with Article 33(1)
• Exemption to the obligation to allow transfer of mFFR balancing capacity for the Nordic LFC Block and the LFC Area of Western Denmark (DK1) in accordance with Article 34(1)
• All TSOs’ of the Nordic CCR proposal for amendment to the methodology on the application of the Nordic CCR market-based allocation process of cross-zonal capacity for the exchange of balancing capacity for the Nordic LFC Block and the LFC Area of Western Denmark (DK1) in accordance with Article 38(1)
